Our practice accepts the following traditional insurance plans: Aetna, Altus, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta Dental, Guardian, Harvard Pilgrim (Children's Program only), MetLife and Sun Life. Please contact your insurance company prior to your appointment to verify your coverage benefits.
Office Billing & Payment Policies
- Patients are responsible for keeping their account current. All payments are due in full on the date which services were performed.
- Most procedures are not fully covered by insurance. For your convenience, our Practice accepts cash, checks, major credit cards, Apple Pay™ and Flexible Spending Accounts.
- Two special financing options are also available for those who qualify:
- If you are unable to keep your reserved appointment kindly give us at least 24 hours notice or an appropriate broken appointment fee will be assessed to your account.
- A $25 fee will be added to your account for the processing of checks with insufficient funds.
- If your account is 60 days past due and no payment arrangements have been coordinated with the Practice Manager, your account will be handled by our Accounts Receivables Partner- TekCollect. Patients will be responsible for all collections charges incurred to bring their accounts back to current paid status.
